Assuming that you are visiting Bishkek you should book this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very clean. And the nice ambience helped us disconnect, it was very nice.

I have booked the room for five days with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the room was constantly clean up. The staff were being very handy and welcoming and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big and also the closet. Bathroom have been clean plus the shower was good. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
